Register your interest¶
Institutions, researchers, and projects interested in the Heritage Samples Registry are invited to register their interest. This helps us understand community needs, identify potential pilot collaborators, and plan the staged development of the service.
You can register your interest in two ways:
Contact us Complete the community survey
(The survey will be available soon)
Who should register interest?¶
We welcome expressions of interest from:
- heritage science and conservation research institutions
- museums, galleries, and laboratories holding physical samples
- researchers and analysts who create or study samples
- projects and research infrastructures exploring persistent identifier workflows
- collection and data managers responsible for documenting samples
What happens after you register?¶
Registering interest does not commit you to immediate participation. Instead, it allows us to:
- keep you informed about developments and pilot opportunities
- invite feedback on requirements and workflows
- explore potential collaboration in testing and early adoption phases
Pilot participation and staged rollout¶
Pilot participation
The Registry is currently being developed and tested with a small group of partners.
Broader participation will be introduced in stages as guidance and tooling mature.
Your interest and feedback will help shape how the Registry develops and how it can best support the international heritage science community.
